Rules & Regulations:
1.
The competition is open to all Sarawakians and
non-Sarawakians whom already reside in Sarawak
for the last two years.
2.
Closing date: 15th August 2012
(Wednesday)
3.
Performance duration:
a.
Junior :
not exceeding 4 minutes
b.
Intermediate :
not exceeding 6 minutes
c.
Advance :
not exceeding 8 minutes
d.
Open :
not exceeding 10 minutes
4.
Each participant is required to perform two
pieces in contrasting styles, of which one is a set piece and the other, free
choice of the participant.

JS Bach’s 2-part Invention No.1 in C Major
b.
Intermediate :
JS Bach’s 2-part Invention No.8 in F Major
c.
Advance :
JS Bach’s 3-part Invention No.3 in D Major

Open :
Handel’s Air from the 5th Suite in E Major & “Harmonious
Blacksmith” Variations
6.
Free-choice piece: Participants should avoid
choosing pop songs.

Participating fees:

8.
The organizer will use Young Chang Grand Piano
Y185 for the competition.

Registration forms are available at most major

Participants should submit the registration
forms together two passport-sized photographs and score for the free-piece
piece to MY MUSIC before 15th August 2012. (MY Music, Ground floor,
No72, Lot 7293, Medan Central Commercial Centre, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak).

每位参赛者必须演奏两首钢琴曲子：一首是指定曲子，另一首则是自选的钢琴曲子。
